What Oche does for Shanghai

Three darts, one number, big rewards — Oche totals every round and watches for the instant win.

Targets each round

Oche sets the number for every round — usually 1 through 7 — and totals your three darts on it.

Spots the Shanghai

Hit a single, double and treble of the same number in one round and Oche calls the instant win.

Running totals

Each dart's value is added automatically, so you always know who leads after every round.

Solo or group play

Play a quick solo round or compete with friends — Oche keeps every score straight.

Shanghai rules in brief

Shanghai is a fast round-based game where each round focuses on a single number, rewarding accuracy across single, double and treble.

  • Each round targets one number (commonly 1–7, or up to 20 for a longer game).
  • Score the value of every dart that lands in that number's single, double or treble.
  • Hitting a single, double and treble of the number in the same round is a 'Shanghai' — an instant win.
  • If no one Shanghais, the highest total after the final round wins.
